Expand and Contract

As the new energy flows into the collective consciousness, you will experience a shift in personal vibration, but it will build gradually with expansion followed by contraction. You will feel big and expansive until you reach your personal limit of light, then you will feel like you are contracting back in on yourself while the light is integrated. Each expansion becomes bigger, and each contraction shorter. This is just a cycle of growth.

Human bodies can only absorb so much light at a time, then they need to retreat and assimilate. As you become used to a new level of light, then a new expansion starts from there, bigger and bigger.

How this looks psychologically is that you have a breakthrough to a new level of understanding, followed by a relapse of old patterns. If you pay attention you will notice that the breakthroughs last longer each time, and the time spent on old patterns gets shorter. With each wave of light you don’t fall back as far or for as long.

Just allow this cycle to happen. It is the safest way to integrate the light. It’s like a rubber band – stretched then relaxed, then stretch a bit more and relaxed a bit less. This allows the rubber band to stretch farther without breaking. Your body must be conditioned to hold more light in this way. Flow with this pattern. Be aware of it and allow it without fear and self-judgement. Embrace the light and expand, contract and integrate. You are doing so well, and you are so supported. We are sending love and light… feel it?
