Most people talk as if ascension is a human thing, and we are taking Earth with us. I have always thought of it the other way around. Earth is ascending and some humans will join her. Either way, the earth is really important to a physical ascension process.

In Merkabah training, we are taught to ground down into Gaia, then ground up into Source. I do all that, then I spend most of my time going up. I don’t spend much time in physical incarnation (go figure) and higher dimensions just feel better. Not anymore. I feel much better being grounded down, at this point. First time for everything!

Makes sense that physical ascension would require an enhanced physical connection. My heart feels open now, and my sleep has greatly improved. Also interesting (at least to me) is that my earth grounding cord now feels like an umbilical cord. Love, support, and information flow both ways.

Spend some time connecting to Mother Earth energy. Let me know if what you find is different. It might be a good time to reread Jitterbug Perfume by Tom Robbins… This is what we came for. Let the old fall, and focus on your connection. Follow your intuition with curiosity. We got this!
