Every year, instead of new year resolutions, I like to review what I have learned the past year. Instead of setting expectations (expectation is the leading cause of disappointment), I prefer to celebrate what I’ve gathered in wisdom, or at least personal insight. I share this list with you in the hope it will spark something for your own journey, if only the idea of crossing the threshold of a new year in a different way.
2024 went by quickly, with many lessons pointing to the same idea: Don’t believe what isn’t true. Meaning, don’t make up my own story about people or relationships instead of observing with honesty what is really happening. My flavor of denial has some serious rose-colored glasses. I tend to see people at a soul level, so their ego just seems inconsequential. My bad. It is really important for me to stop ignoring red flags, which only exist on the ego level.
This red-flag honesty is tied to the other big epiphany this year: disease, illness, and death are a result of frequency dissonance in the cells, between belief and truth. Read that again. How many of our beliefs simply aren’t true? Enough to keep all of us aging and dying. I feel like this one topic alone will keep me busy in 2025. Cellular dissonance. Wow.
My list is short:
Most of my learning up to this point was based on trying to understand the ego.
Believe what other people actually do, not my own story of justification. I am the only one lying to me.
People are only disappointing if I have an expectation. Observing is much easier… if I just let the observation be the truth.
If my cells suffer at false beliefs, they can thrive on truth.
2025 – Endings and Beginnings is upon us, with a running start! Who will we be by this time next year? What an exciting question! Happy new year!

I’d like to argue about ageing and dying due to cellular dissonance. I think from the natural forces of the universe, especially from the rhythm point of view, birth and death, high and low…aging and dying are just as inevitable as being born. So that perspective may work on things like diseases and physical ailments. But not on things incomprehendable like birth and death. That’s according to my perspective.
Anyways, great lessons and Happy New Year.

I think the biggest question is simply will we continue to live in a binary universe? Light and dark, life and death, good and bad. Only time will tell. It is interesting, however, that they have been doing studies on how to extend life, and they’re making strides. Technology is just a reflection of consciousness. It is going to be an interesting year! Happy new year to you!

Maybe! But I think it’s so impossible for we are just part of existence itself. Getting into the domain of existence means transcending it. How will that be possible?
In terms of artificial implantation, it might be possible, but that’s like turning humanity into robots and starlink, for example. Which might work, but I don’t think our essence as humans will remain. Technology isn’t a pure reflection of consciousness. It’s a reflection of how we perceive consciousness…it has limitations. Of course, we’re gonna see a lot in the coming years.
