Stopping to take a breath is always good advise, especially as the old paradigm crumbles. Breathing with intention is even more powerful now that we have entered the Age of Aquarius, an air sign. It doesn’t have to be a complicated process. Here are two easy options:
- The Unity Breath – Inhale energy from both above and below (Source & Earth), and let those energies mix in your heart. Exhale that mixed energy to every cell in your body, allowing it to fill you and surround you. Do this for anywhere between 3 breaths and 3 minutes, several times a day.
- Divine Source Oxygen – Visualize being surrounded with pure, crystalline energy. Every breath you take draws this light into your body, where it carries oxygen and energy throughout. Visualize this several times a day.
These are the two that resonate with me, but if you want to do a full 30-minute breath meditation, please do. The point being, you only need 30 seconds whenever you remember, to do some intentional breath work. And now is the time for it. Breathe in the new. Let it fill you and surround you. This alone will raise your vibration. This new energy is palpable, and it’s just waiting to be invited in. You deserve a break… breath deep.
