Integration

I just wanted to share my experience, so you know you aren’t alone. I’ve spent more time processing incoming energies through my body than ever before. We need a new word for this level of exhaustion. Yet, it’s only physical exhaustion, emotionally and energetically I feel amazing. Mentally, I occasionally have to remind myself that this is just a phase of physical integration, and not to let my frequency drop by thinking negative thoughts about it.

There is a definite call for mental mastery at this point. We get to choose the stories we tell ourselves, and that creates our reality. Are those aches from ascension, or from aging? Are old dramas coming up to be cleared, or are you stuck in the same cycle? The story you tell your body matters. While it is important to be totally honest with yourself, you are still responsible for the story you commit to. I tend to look at everything as a possible truth, then go with the one that allows me to grow.

Some of the physical symptoms I’ve had in the last few days: Sudden exhaustion, odd sleeping patters, itching, twitching while trying to fall asleep, coughing while sleeping, strange dreams, strange food cravings, eyesight comes and goes, cold flashes, waves of vertigo, waves of nausea, entire nervous system on and off, changing sense of gravity, and lots of flu-like pain. Emotionally, there has been clearing of old patterns to make room for these upgrades. When an emotional pattern shows up, I just look at how it worked in my life, then let it go. It’s much faster than the physical, for me.

Time seems completely irrelevant, as past and future give way to the eternal present moment. This month has moved so slow, yet we are already halfway through it. Stepping outside of time to embody multi-dimensional reality seems like science fiction at its best, yet here we are. Stay present, and stay in gratitude. Show your mental mastery.

We are all at a different place on the journey, and that’s perfect. Even those on the same wave are working on different nights. This is so one group and function as a Stargate and bring in new codes, while another can get some sleep to integrate. Then they switch, about every three days right now. This is to allow the body to ingrate successfully. The higher dimensional teams are trying to be gentle, it’s just a lot coming in.

Physically, be gentle with yourself. Your body is doing some serious work right now. Eat organic, take baths, drink a lot of water, spend time outside, and sleep as much as you can.

Emotionally, be willing to let go of old coping mechanisms. They won’t work anymore anyway. When you find one, really look at how you used it in your life, and be willing to release it.

Mentally, stay present, and stay in gratitude. Always. When things start to suck, mind your mind. Monitor your stories. Self mastery is mental mastery.

Welcome to the transition to 5D. 2018 is going to be interesting!

A Word About Words

Words are just symbols we use to communicate an experience, nothing more. Without telepathy, we are left to verbally describe our experience, within the bounds of language. Because of this, word definition is vital to accurate communication. A good amount of argument is simply misunderstanding.

Several years ago, I was having a wonderful time speaking to a new coworker about our views on life. We had so much in common, he asked me what church I attended. I then used a word, which to me meant “tree-hugging, dirt-worshiping hippie”, but to him meant “devil worshiper”. Now that’s an awkward, and abrupt, end to an otherwise lovely conversation. He refused to speak to me for days. On my day off, another coworker explained what I had meant, but it was still a fragile relationship for several weeks. The word in question was “Pagan”.

To complicate matters, even the dictionary definitions of words change over time. Take this sentence: “I am content with my small house.” What does that mean to you? “Content” was once defined as “perfectly happy”, but has now become “it’ll do”. I know this because I have a friend that I’ve never communicated well with, to the point of needing a dictionary on a regular basis. Sometimes two. I just happen to have my Grandparent’s old one. There have been lots of changes to word use, and definition, over the years.

Now consider the word “Christian”… this word covers beliefs ranging from Unitarian to Catholic to Jehovah’s Witnesses, and hundreds more. When someone tells me they are Christian, all I know for sure is that the main god is Yahweh, and Jesus in involved at some level. It doesn’t even mean they believe in heaven, hell, or having a soul… all the things most people assume of Christians. Similarly, an “Atheist” simply doesn’t believe in an external, personified deity, but may be deeply spiritual. We do the best with the words we have, but a single word rarely adequately describes an experience.

Add to that the changing of word definition to cater to the ego of the user. This one is a pet peeve of mine in the spiritual arena. “Tantra” has always been an ancient and sacred energy practice, but now is used in all kinds of sexuality classes, including how to have better orgasms. “Polyamory” means “many loves”, but now is applied to promiscuity by meaning “many sex partners”. “New Age” used to refer to the evolution of humanity, but now it’s equated to denial (it’s all God, so it’s all good). You get the point. Without telepathy, we really need to define our words to have any meaningful exchange.

Plus, as human experience expands, we simply need new words to describe it. Ask fifteen people to define “love”, and you’ll get fifteen answers. We use the word “pedophile” to describe both people who rape toddlers, and who seduce 17-year-olds. Those are definitely significantly different situations, yet our vocabulary tries to put them under the same word. Both humanity’s highest achievements, and its lowest depravities need more words to accurately describe the experiences being had.

So the two things worth noting here are honesty and curiosity.

Be honest, with yourself and others, by saying what you really mean, not using the fashionable euphemism. Just own it, whatever it is, and be willing to speak openly about it. If you are hesitant to use words that actually describe the experience, rather than some softer version of half-truth, then that tells you that you just aren’t comfortable being honest with yourself. What are you hiding? What are you justifying? How are you deceiving yourself? It’s better to face those shadows, than to spread them with half-truths.

Be curious, with your own definitions and with other’s, rather than assuming what is meant. Labels are shorthand, not the finished document. Be open to learning, to asking questions. People are always more complex and interesting than the labels that they identify with. Your own beliefs are worth examining, and defining. And then redefining, as you grow. Before you react, ask “What does that word mean to you?” The answer might surprise you.

And by the way, Pagans don’t believe in the devil.

Goodbye 2017

I feel kind of bad saying this, but 2017 was one of the best years of my life so far. I know others didn’t like this one so much, and trust me, I’ve done my time in the past, but it really feels like I’ve stepped into a new life. If you had a rough year let my happiness be a glimpse into your future – I’m usually a bit ahead of the wave. The list of lessons in 2017 is long, but here are a few highlights…

I am always cared for. Always.
Allowing people to move into and out of my life, allows us both the freedom to grow.
People are where they are. Growth can only be instigated from within.
My energy and attention are the best gifts I can offer.
Your energy and attention are the best gifts I can receive.
My Tribe is my everything. I love you guys.
It is my responsibility to consciously choose the energy I release into this world. Always.
My favorite part of being an author is giving away the book to strangers.
A person’s energy and intentions may be one thing, but their actions may be another. Always pay attention to actions.
If I want to know what level I’m operating at, I need to look at my mate and closest friends.
If I want to know what level someone else is at, I need to look at their mate and friends.
Reality really does operate on vibration. Literally. It’s a Holodeck.
I have to take complete responsibility for what I can control.
I don’t control everything. Walking away is a perfectly reasonable answer.
Choices matter. Free will is a thing. Discernment is vital.
Leave room for unexpected joy.
Always choose Love. Even (or especially) at the expense of the ego.
Hurt people, hurt people. Healed people, heal people. Neither has much to do with me.
As above, so below. Again, it’s literal, not just a belief. Meditation works.
Yes, in fact, a wonderful mate can show up at your doorstep. Literally.
My Guides are really funny.
Time is most definitely NOT linear.
I can change my vibration just with thought.
Self-mastery is mental mastery. Bodies are effected by environment, emotions are chemical reactions, but we choose the stories we tell ourselves.
Being open to the possibilities of the Universe is both exhilarating and terrifying.
People are advancing much faster than before… *boop* they’re awake!
Simplicity brings joy.
Gratitude brings abundance.
Personal responsibility brings personal power.
Dragons. Wow.
The Universe is always conspiring in my favor, no matter how scary things seem.
Being a Gatekeeper isn’t nearly as fun as it sounds. Mostly it hurts. A lot.
I’m proud of my body for its healing abilities.
My superpower is resiliency.
When things seem dark, I need to open my heart, be grateful for what I have, and say: this, or better. It really helps.
Awakening is about awareness; mastery is about responsibility.
Mastery requires a whole new level of courage and discipline.
I have enjoyed many happy times in my life, but this is the first time I can recall being happy to be alive. It’s a strange sensation.
Always leave room for something better than I had planned.
I am truly blessed.

2017 was magical for me, even though it called for a whole new level of being. If you haven’t read it yet, here is my forecast for 2018: Illuminating the Shadow. May the coming year bring unexpected treasure. Namaste.

Ascension Hurts!

I’m not sure why I never considered the pain involved in cellular change, but I didn’t. Probably for the same reason people generally refer to the beauty and magic of childbirth, when in reality it is blood, sweat, swearing, and tears. It’s the thing you endure to get to the prize on the other side – a new creation. Totally worth it, but amazingly unpleasant.

Everything being written right now on this subject is focused on the beautiful outcome. I suppose that’s how we get through the pain. While it’s always good to remember where we’re headed, and that it’s totally worth it in the end, I’m here to validate the pain – you are not alone.

I am working consciously on so many levels 24/7, that I at least know the point of all this, but it still hurts. As the crystalline body activates, there are shooting pains, jumping muscles, and itching under the skin. It’s hard to breathe, like being under water. I’m eating like I’m starving. My body temperature fluctuates wildly, and sometimes different parts are extremely different temperatures. This week, my sinuses have joined the game, and I’m pretty sure I can taste my brain melting. Eww.

The point is simply that there are a lot of very strange physical symptoms going on, so before you decide you have some rare condition, try talking to your body. Our biggest job right now is supporting our bodies. Water, rest, and sunlight. Talk to your body, and more importantly, listen to your body.

There is always a call for mental mastery – you get to choose what you dwell on. If you get pulled into judgement or self-pity or some other limiting thought circle, find a way to change the channel. For me, cleaning helps. It gives me a task to focus on, and I listen to music. If that doesn’t do it, I meditate. Find what works for you, and change the channel in your brain whenever it gets off track.

Then you can get back to the business of becoming… Talk to your body. Say encouraging things. Let it know you are supporting it. Do whatever it needs. Some days movement is key, other days it’s rest. Start a dialog. Get to know the physical being that has been hosting your consciousness, just as we are getting to know the planet who has been hosting human life. Treat both well.

Yes, the pain will be worth it. The beings in higher dimensions are getting really excited. Like they are preparing a huge celebration… a birth. You are supported, witnessed, and celebrated, more than I can convey. Yes, it’s worth it, even when it hurts.

Mastery

We have spent all year uniting our internal Divine Feminine with our internal Divine Masculine, and now we can walk in balance, and demonstrate this Union. Our Feminine is our ability to hold space and listen, while our Masculine is the action we take through our conscious free will. When both are present and balanced, there’s no stopping us. We are ready to move with mastery.

Mastery isn’t the same as perfection. Mistakes will be made. Mastery is the ability to see the mistake, learn from it, and return to center quickly. The more willing you are to give yourself to this process, the quicker you can resolve the issue. Jump into the shadow work with both feet, because drowning is no longer a concern. You know ego shadows rise and fall, and it isn’t as troubling as it once was.

Move to whatever you resonate with. Allow your life to move in the direction of your soul. When you are going the right way you will notice many serendipities. When you are going the wrong way, obstacles will continually block your way. And if you are in almost constant suffering, you are simply off your path entirely. The frequencies available at this point are so high, anyone willing to apply themselves to clearing their own ego shadows can raise their frequency quickly. At this point, suffering isn’t necessary, but it’s still an option.

Your old methods of anesthetizing yourself (checking out) will no longer work like they used to. For example, if a night of heavy drinking used to ward off your personal issues, you can expect it to now make them worse. Why? Because this is a time of mastery, not denial and escape. The good news is, moving through issues is faster than ever before. Allow yourself to identify, and deeply feel, each issue as it comes up, then release it. If it keeps returning, you just haven’t found the root yet. When you do, it’s like removing a splinter – so much relief, and almost immediate healing.

Timelines are back in play – FINALLY! We have been basically floating in time for a year and a half. They’re more stable now, but our movement between them is totally fluid. Simply changing your mindset can shift the timeline you’re on. Play with this. Notice how the quality of your thoughts directly impacts the world around you. Proof that we change the world from within.

Listening to the body is essential right now. If you need more connection to your body, have a dialog with it several times a day. Ask it what it needs, and then do that. If you still need direction, here it is – eat right, exercise, and meditate. Seriously. Eating right is different for everyone (meat, dairy, vegan), but no one needs processed foods or GMOs. Exercise is different for everyone, but some kind of movement for 20-30 minutes daily is just healthy. Meditation might be sitting quietly or dancing (or whatever), but find a way to clear your mind and connect to these energies. Support your body.

The energies are here, and you are ready. Let us walk in Mastery.

~ Spiritual Foundation ~

There has been much distress caused by New Age spirituality only focusing on love and light, while ignoring the shadow side. While this is true, I wish to offer another perspective… what if, instead of blatant denial, we needed this unbalanced approach to wake people up? For some, it is the concept of love and light and bliss and oneness that make them start to consider something bigger than their conditioning. It served a purpose.

I know a teacher that says her calling is to take humans and teach them to be gods – to wake people up. Hard job, but totally necessary. My calling is to take gods and teach them how to be human. I work with people who are already awake, and struggling with integration of light and dark, of soul and ego. This is why so much of my writing has to do with the ego, and shadow work. Okay, my beautiful gods and goddesses, let’s look at the foundation of being a spiritual human…

The New Age stuff starts at the top (oneness, unconditional love), and works down, like a trickle-down spirituality. Works about as well in the long run as trickle-down economics, but at least it wakes people up. The only way to actually attain those spiritual goals (yes, it’s totally possible) is to build from the ground up, starting with a firm foundation. Boundaries and discernment are essential to personal and spiritual growth. Without boundaries you are open to abuse of all kinds. Without discernment you are open to addiction of all kinds.

Boundaries are about self-knowledge, and what you are willing to allow in your life. So many people are stressed out because they keep attracting the same kind of partner or job, but I am less interested in what they attract, and more interested in how they handle it. Do they see the pattern? Do they walk away from abusive situations? Only you can say “no” to a situation. By doing nothing but complaining about it, you are telling the Universe “Yes, please, more of this!” Working from the top down, you visualize what you DO want. Working from a foundation of firm boundaries, you walk away from what you DON’T want. Keep saying “no”, until you can say “this, or better”.

Discernment is about staying on your path. No one is passing judgement on you, yet there are things that will evolve you and things that won’t, and everyone is different. Working from the top down, everything is of the Light, therefore everything is good. Working from a foundation of discernment, things are equal but different, and you have the responsibility of choice (free will). You can choose to live on fast food and never exercise, or you can choose to eat raw food and do yoga everyday. They are both valid choices, but will result in very different life experiences. Free will matters. Discernment matters. Whatever will evolve you, choose that.

A couple of traps to avoid…
Hedonism isn’t a spiritual path. Enjoying physical pleasure is fine, but when it becomes the goal of existence, you are off path. Human bodies are prone to addiction, and pleasure-seeking encourages that.
Learning from a teacher is different than following a guru. If there is pressure to stay with a teacher, or if you feel like you couldn’t live without them, then check your boundaries.
Learning a lesson isn’t the same as tolerating abuse. The biggest lesson of an abusive relationship is learning how to walk away. Building strong boundaries is necessary. No one can grow until they feel safe.
Struggling with life issues isn’t a sign of failure. We are meant to “struggle with God”, or have growing pains. God comforts the disturbed, and disturbs the comfortable… Growing pains indicate growth, rather than decay.

Yes, there are many other layers to your personal development, but the foundation is always important. Only you can say “no” to situations that are hurting you or limiting your growth. Only you can discern what choices will keep you on your path. Life is waiting for you to take these steps, and build your own foundation to your Inner Temple.

~ Self Mastery & Psychic Abilities ~

It is critical to note that self-mastery and psychic abilities are NOT the same, nor does one indicate the other. Many of us believe that someone with psychic or energetic gifts is somehow more spiritually advanced, and the simply isn’t true. This isn’t about “we are all equal”, this is about avoiding the pain of “following” someone you feel is advanced, only to find out their ego is running the show. Be aware of the ego, both theirs and your, and don’t be blinded by super natural abilities. Some people are just more psychic than others, it is NOT a sign of accomplishment or advancement.

I have worked with many gifted healers, readers, teachers, and channelers who are absolutely amazing when they are tuned-in to that high vibrational place, but in their daily lives there are no signs of a higher vibration. It can almost seem like a different personality altogether. There’s nothing wrong with living in this kind of polarity, but it can bring disillusionment and heartbreak to those around them. Just be aware of who you are dealing with (the human ego, or the Higher Self), and set boundaries accordingly. Just because someone is psychically gifted, doesn’t automatically mean they are a nice person.

Self-mastery is a goal we can all work toward, but it is always work. By that, I don’t mean it is difficult, just that it requires conscious effort. It’s about awareness, and processing your own psychological baggage, instead of just expecting others to carry it for you. Self-mastery is conscious digestion on the emotional and mental plane. It takes vigilance at first, but once you have formed the habit, it’s just a mode of operation. Anyone can learn this, and while it makes life smoother for you and those around you, it may not lead to psychic gifts. The less noise your mind makes, the easier it is to hear your intuition and develop your abilities, but that in itself isn’t the goal.

The ego is basically the buffer zone between the body and Spirit, and consists of the stories we build our life around. It’s really the only piece that needs awareness and attention, because the body is always striving for life and health, and Spirit is always striving to be in body. It is only our stories, our ego, that blocks the natural flow, and requires our conscious attention. There can be an increase in psychic ability as self-mastery increases, but again, natural psychic ability doesn’t indicate any level of ego awareness. Be careful.

The ego isn’t a bad thing, it just requires care and training, otherwise it simply repeats old patterns, and perpetuates old beliefs. Your ego (or personality) isn’t fixed, and you most definitely have the power to change it…. it comes down to awareness and action. Using the body as an example – once you become aware your diet of fast food is harmful to your health, you can then take the action of changing your diet. It’s the same with the ego. It’s that simple on paper, but in both cases, addiction (to foods, or chemicals producing emotions) can be an issue. Humans are just prone to addiction, but awareness can enable other choices, including seeking help with your process.

Be especially careful if the person presents their abilities as a sign of spiritual prowess. This indicates spiritual bypassing, or a spiritual ego, which just means their ego identity is all tied up in their abilities. They feel spiritually superior, and they tend to charge a lot of money for their time. I’m not against charging money, unless they try to tell you they have the one, true, secret way to spiritual success. I charge for my classes, for my time and materials, but the Higher Teachings are available to anyone, with enough meditation. They just fall into your head, eventually. Is the short-cut worth paying for? Usually. Is it necessary? Nope.

All of us filter everything through our ego, and I’m not saying that’s bad – it is totally normal. My warning is about those who are unaware of their ego’s influence, and not getting too close to them. Remember, people can be an asset without being an authority. Take the information that serves you, with gratitude, but don’t place anyone on a pedestal. In my own experience, I am a pretty clear channel, yet my ego personality is a bit dark and cynical. Integrating those two is always a journey, but without a doubt, it’s possible. Awareness. Do I still have a dark side? You betcha. Do I still bring through some helpful and healing stuff? Absolutely. We are all both. Just be aware.

The big things to watch for, in yourself and others, are judgement, dogma, and lack of discernment. Judgement says you aren’t doing something the right way. Dogma says there is only one right way. Lack of discernment say anything goes, because everything is good. In my experience, we all have slightly different paths to follow, judgement is just ego-based fear, and not everything is good for us. No one is keeping score, but there are things that will evolve you, and things that won’t. Free will is all about choosing things that evolve you, and keep you on your unique path, thus making life smoother.

Keep your eyes open, your awareness on, and your personal discernment engaged. Take what serves you, and leave behind anything that offends your soul.

~ Deep Healing ~

I was struggling with how to write this, for the healer or the one being healed, but we are always both, so it should be examined from both sides. Healing happens when we are fully seen, fully heard, and fully accepted (without judgement). A person can only meet you as deeply as they have met themselves, and you can only receive healing as deeply as you’ve met yourself. So the potential for healing comes from within, no matter which side of the equation you’re standing on.

A healer is able to fully accept the current condition without judgement, while simultaneously holding the vision of perfect health. That’s not as easy as it sounds, because we live in a culture of “fixers”. If something needs fixed, it is obviously broken. To a healer, nothing is ever really broken. You aren’t less than what you should be, you just took a different path for a while, and maybe forgot your own perfection. Receiving healing requires acknowledging your own perfection, independent of present circumstances.

To be able to witness a journey (yours or someone else’s) without judgement takes much dedication and practice. We are so conditioned to “fix”, that we have lost the art of witnessing. Ills, on many levels, are immediately improved by just being fully present to witness the process. Encouragement and support are sometimes best when silent. It takes practice, but witnessing your own journey, without judgement, is the best thing you can do for yourself. It allows all kinds of things to come and go, without attachment. It returns us to the flow of life itself.

“Fixing” is a dynamic, requiring both parties to be attached in a dance of codependency. The one being fixed is placing all their personal power outside themselves, which leads to blame and a victim mentality. The fixer either needs to feel needed or enjoys holding the power of the role, and both are ego-based roles. It is a flawed dynamic, that can only provide limited, and short term, results.

“Fixing” also implies an arrogance, resulting in a major power imbalance. This situation says, “They need me! What would happen to them if I wasn’t here?” Healing can only happen from within, and personal power is a must. By thinking someone “needs” you, you are affirming their victim mentality, and feeding the codependent role of powerful fixer and pitiful  sick person. It’s a lose-lose situation. Yes, we all “need” other people in our lives as support, community, and remembrance, but as soon as they become your savior, the balance is lost, for both parties.

“Healing” is about remembering. A true healer holds a frequency, and a vision, of your perfection. No matter their chosen modality, results will hold strong, if you are able to receive. A healer is simply someone who reminds you of your own wholeness, at least on an energetic level. Healers want you to heal, they don’t want to build a clientele. This doesn’t mean results are instant, or that you need to limit your visits, just that their goal is wellness, not the steady income illness provides.

They say Love heals, and this is true. The unconditional kind is a vibration, not an attachment. The more unconditional love you can pump through your system, the easier it is to heal and be healed. The opposite of this is fear, which usually manifests as judgement. Love unites us at a higher level, while judgement brings separation and isolation. Internally, do you judge yourself for not healing? This, in itself, may be the biggest block.

Healing takes integrity and personal responsibility on both sides. Both parties need to be wary of codependency and attachment, and be willing to stop the treatments at any time, either temporarily or permanently. Healing is a return to your natural flow, so be willing to flow. Use your intuition, and act from sovereignty. Sometimes, a healer feels obligated to work with anyone who knocks on their door, but this isn’t helpful if you aren’t a good match. It’s okay to send people on to someone more suited to their needs. It is actually better for both of you.

One of the most powerful healing practices I have found is Ho’oponopono, the Hawaiian healing method. You just do this for yourself, for any issue – physical or psychological. Just close your eyes, center yourself with some deep breaths, and visualize the issue (your liver, your boss, your former lover, whatever), and say the following four statements slowly, pausing between to let it sink in…
I’m sorry
Please forgive me
Thank you
I love you
Then repeat each statement, one at a time, and give them time to respond…
You: I’m sorry…   Your liver: I’m sorry…
You: Please forgive me…   Your liver: Please forgive me…
You: Thank you…   Your liver: Thank you
You: I love you… Your liver: I love you
Any body part, any person, any issue, any archetype, even any sense of Deity. This simple technique can clear the way for healing to happen.

Forgiveness and gratitude pave the way for Love, and Love heals. Then, you are in a position to attract people and modalities to assist with your process. Healing always begins within… and it’s a beautiful thing to witness.

2018 – Illuminating the Shadow

The yearly forecasts are coming in early, so I’m going with it. It feels like September – March (equinox to equinox) is the ramp-up, and then March – September is the full bloom. I think this is just part of deconstructing time, as we commonly use it. The solar calendar is just a human construct.

“One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.”  ~C.G. Jung

The only way to dissolve darkness is to shine a light. 2018 will do just that. All the hidden shadows, both personal and collective, will come to light and be dissolved. This is actually a great thing, like finally cleaning out that dark basement closet, but it may seem overwhelming and scary at times. Who knows what’s in there? Or how long it’s been there? Or if it’s moldy, or covered in creepy-crawly things? It’s ok to be apprehensive, as long as you keep cleaning.

With all the work you’ve done in the last few years, these shadows will dissolve easily… if you are willing to expose them to the light of conscious awareness. Once you acknowledge a shadow, and are truly willing to deal with it straight-on, the it will leave quickly. Denial and avoidance won’t serve you this year. In fact, the more effort you put into avoiding an issue, the stronger it will become, until you can no longer ignore it.

This isn’t about battling the darkness, it’s about integrating it with your light. It’s about going from polarity to oneness. The darkness (the shadow, subconscious programs, lower ego) are ready to come to light (awareness), and dissolve. These are just lost pieces coming home to be healed and released. The faster you become aware, the faster the shadow is integrated. Simple as that. But how it looks on the outside…

From a spiritual perspective, this is a much needed deep collective healing. From a human (muggle) perspective, it can be pretty traumatic. The best thing you can do is stay centered, and be a light for others. The minute you start focusing on the chaos of the world, you will sink into that shadow with them, which won’t help anyone. Many of us will be triggered by world events, but the most compassionate thing you can do is stay centered. Feel free to take action as you are called (activism, volunteering, etc.), but only if it is from a centered place, not an emotional reaction. Act, don’t react. Move from Love, not Fear.

There is a significant timeline split in action here. The important thing to know on that one is that we all have access to all timelines at any point, it’s just a matter of free will. Practical example: A human trafficking ring is exposed… if you choose (free will) to react and let fear and anger have their way, it will activate that vibration, and everything you magnetize will match it. If you choose (free will) to feel the emotions, mentally uncover the reasons you were triggered, then take action from a clear and centered space, everything you magnetize will match that vibration. You will be triggered this year, deeply, but how you handle it is crucial. Blame and judgement are a sign you are operating at a lower timeline, as they are based in polarity – if anything is “their fault”, it requires “us” and “them” mentality. Shift out of the polarity, and back into oneness.

Having access to all timelines can be a bit wobbly. Just because you are flying high in 5D one day, doesn’t mean you can’t suddenly drop back down into 3D. The key here is free will. If you are willing to do your personal shadow work, you will quickly move through the rough spots, and return to the higher timeline. Likewise, anyone living in the muggle world can pop up to 5D, as soon as they are ready. Nothing is set in stone, no one is stuck, and no one is left behind. But be fully aware that you can only make choices for you. There is no saving or helping, only leading by example.

Let me be clear – I’m not saying if you raise your vibration, the world will be unicorns and butterflies. No. Shit happens, and shit will most definitely happen this year. This is about your response to it, and taking full responsibility for clearing your own shadows. It is a mastery of integration, and while each lesson can pass quickly if you are committed to your process, it is still a process. Integrating the shadow brings us to a new level of personal power. It’s worth it. It’s time.

The greatest gift you can offer the world is that of your own transformation. As shadows cross the world stage, know that we are all bringing our darkness to Light. We are healing and releasing polarity, which is part of our evolution and ascension. Use your free will to jump in with both feet. And don’t be afraid of the dark.

“The difference between a good life and a bad life is how well you walk through the fire.” ~C.G. Jung

Evolution in Progress

Wow. This whole year has been a whole new level of strange, but the world has gone totally sideways since the eclipse. I spend almost 24 hours a day consciously integrating energy now. I still sleep, but most of it is lucid, and very busy. That’s why I haven’t posted in a while… so much going on. I don’t think I have much of a message this time, so I’ll share my experience.

Time – Time has been misbehaving for years, but now it’s so weak as a structure it’s hard to remember how it works. The only moment is NOW, and both the past and future seem like theory. I have also found that making a day last longer is totally possible. Play with this. Stay fully present, and see how time adjusts.

Vertical Reality – I have also found that different levels of perception are available to me at all times. Using the current news frenzy of kneeling rather than standing for U.S. anthem, let’s spiral up the levels… it’s about the flag and patriotism, then it’s about cultural racism, then is us vs. them, then it’s money and indoctrination, then it’s division by country, then it’s the question why, then it’s each playing a role on the spiritual stage, then it’s waking up to the reality of oneness, and so on. The layers of each situation, both personal and collective, are not only visible, but accessible. Meaning, you can choose to live at any of them. All of them are correct at their level, but there is always a higher level.

The Body – This also works on the physical body. You can now change some physical discomforts by simply saying “this isn’t my reality, and I choose to vibrate higher”. This has been quite effective for me with pain management. Also, trusting and praising my body goes a long way. Your consciousness inhabits your body, but the body is an independent organism, capable of healing, and wanting to live. It is programmed for this evolution; let it do its thing, with your full love and support. When a baby develops in the womb, the mother doesn’t try to direct the process. The best thing she can do is provide a healthy, loving environment, and allow life to become. Understand?

Gaia – Even though the human ego likes to think this evolution is about humanity, it isn’t. This is a planetary (or even solar system) shift. Gaia is the one ascending, and we are all along for the ride. You can make it easier on yourself, and all of humanity, with your active participation, but it’s happening either way. All the plants and animals are affected, so be conscious of that. Just because they don’t speak our language doesn’t mean they aren’t also becoming more aware. The whole planet is waking up.

New Wayshowers – If you are being called to blog, or teach, or start a YouTube channel, then do it! This is your call to action. You don’t need a big following. I have very few readers, but they have reached out to thank me for being here, and sharing what I get. As my experience moves farther from the mainstream, others need to step up and guide. Spiritual awakening can be a scary thing, if you don’t know what’s happening. Share your experience, your wisdom, as a light on their path. Let them know they aren’t alone. You got this.

Enjoy this time. Keep your vibration at the level you actually want to live at. Support and allow evolution. Namaste.
