Walking In Both Worlds

It sure looks like the world is going to hell in a hand basket. Don’t be fooled into believing things aren’t going as planned. The Higher realms are in place, and quite pleased with our progress. You are supported more than you know.

The old world has to collapse for the new world to become our reality. This collapse is essential, and it is being guided by beings well beyond my pay grade. This collapse is actually going more smoothly and gently than hoped. Don’t look at the outer world. Go within to see what’s really happening. Connect with the human heart grid. Connect with your invisible team. Release your fear, and let the love flow through you. I have always been supported by my invisible team, but never more than now.

In my normal vision, I am consistently seeing flashes of light. Plants and animals have an extra glow around them. With my inner vision, I am encircled by beings, and more show up each day. If you are waiting for the aliens to arrive, just close your eyes and look around. Something major has shifted, and it’s beautiful.

I feel like I need to talk about the vaccine, even though I don’t want to. Follow your intuition, not peer pressure or collective noise. Some bodies do well with western medicine, some do not. Some are able to be less fearful once vaccinated, others just think about it and the fear rises. Go with your own intuition. Don’t ignore your inner voice. And always remember to let others make whatever choice they need to make for themselves. Your body, your choice. Their body, their choice. Don’t try to choose for them, and don’t let them choose for you.

The biggest directive I’ve received is to focus on where I want to be. This means to release fear and judgement, while focusing on expansion of my heart energy. I can do this if I stay out of the 3D fray, meaning no social media or television news. This is just what I need. It’s up to you to figure out what you need to do to leave fear behind.

Close your eyes to see more clearly. The saying is “God needs a body.” We are that body. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. Don’t be fooled into believing the illusion is real. We are the bridge between Heaven and Earth.

This is a multi-layered update, because so many realities are playing out. I will share my experience also, but please remember – I’m early. It’s perfectly okay for you to be in one of the stages I experienced earlier this year. The timing is determined by our soul path and our higher self, not so much of our free will choice. You didn’t make a wrong turn, no matter where you find yourself.

Some may be in the first stages of shock at having a belief shaken. Some will be in the throws of inflicted self-care, due to sudden illness or injury. Some will be in the pit of despair, with no light to be found. And some will be floating on cloud nine. All are fine, and they will shift to the next phase shortly. My personal “pit of despair” moment lasted about a week in June, and it took a good month to trust in life again. If you are there, please know it gets better.

Most of this is just moving us to where we need to be for the next step. It is more about flowing with the higher forces, than utilizing free will. I’m not saying free will doesn’t matter, just that right now it is limited. It is limited to making our lives easier or harder. When your body asks for rest to integrate, you can make life easier by listening, or you can make life harder by ignoring the request. That goes for all intuitions, at this point. We are being moved, one way or the other. Get onboard or be dragged. Use what little free will you have to make your life easier.

My experience for nearly a month has been almost constant joy and excitement. I feel like we are close to a big breakthrough, though I have no idea what that will look like. This state of joy is directly related to the higher vibration we are experiencing. Just to be clear, the higher vibration washes away the lower illusions, so it looks like chaos on the world stage. The illusion must fall to be replaced. I’m quite sure those grounded in the old 3D realm aren’t experiencing joy and excitement.

Some say a planetary relocation is forthcoming. Others say alien contact is about to happen. Some think the upcoming alien contact is a false flag. I’m on a need-to-know basis, and apparently there’s a lot I don’t need to know. All I can verify is that whatever is coming is big and positive, even if it looks like chaos in 3D. I feel like a kid on Christmas morning. So exciting!

Stay out of fear. Fear dulls (or destroys) intuition. Do something creative. I’m in the middle of editing my next book, so I am spending some time each day on creating a project. Creating doesn’t need to be that involved. Doodle, or sing, or work on the garden. Just do something that allows the energy to flow through you.

Self-care is a must. The body is really working hard on a cellular level. The liver has more to process as we shed old cells. I honestly don’t know how people are still surviving on fast food and alcohol. Support your body through this process, just like you would help a friend through a tough time. At no point would you say, “It’s been too long! Get over it!” Give your body the same compassion and respect you would give an old friend.

Stay focused on the Light, and the highest outcome for all. For me that means a focus on Freedom, Liberation, Truth, and Joy. Embody your highest self, whenever you get the chance. Become the change.

August 8th every year is the Lion’s Gate. I’m not an astrology type, but it has something to do with our planetary alignment with Sirius. I am, however, an energy type, and I can tell you the energy is strong.

I always feel better with a higher vibration, and the incoming energy is amazing. That said, this stuff is probably wiping everyone else out. I get the same thing when I teach the Merkaba. I’m flying high, while my poor students can barely function. I usually crash when the energy comes back down, and sleep for 10 hours straight. This feels different though. My nervous system doesn’t feel as frazzled. Then again, the past week has been a day of activity followed by a day of rest. Sort of integrate as we go.

In times of energy, take action. In times of exhaustion, get rest. Don’t be hard on yourself for down days. Rest is essential for integration. I get the feeling we will all be used to this higher energy level soon. Some will only take weeks, others months, but it will get easier.

Keep your focus on your highest timeline. Not for setting a goal, but for being open to the possibilities. I am currently reading ‘Big Magic’ by Elizabeth Gilbert. I love the way books just show up at the perfect time! It’s the perfect thing for allowing life to expand. Go big. Even if you have no practical way to make it happen, put it out there as an option, if only mentally. Even on your days of rest, keep your dream alive, and let it take on a life of its own.

Turn off the news. I only watch about 10 minutes twice a week, to have some idea of what’s going on. It’s just too much at this point. The brighter the incoming light, the more obvious the shadow. This is just the last gasp of the 3D matrix. It’s terrifying out there, but it will all be different by the end of September. From my intel (from higher dimensions), things are going quite well. More than expected are choosing to wake-up voluntarily, rather than wake-up to an alarm. Unplug, so you can focus on expansion.

Open your heart, and let in this beautiful light!

The energy has been coming in waves, each day stronger than the last. It started feeling undeniable on July 26, 2021. It is important that we not only acknowledge this energy, but that we allow it to pass though the body, to ground into Gaia.

It’s not that Gaia needs our help. She is doing just fine in her ascension process, and is perfectly capable of grounding whatever comes in. Plants and animals are naturally grounded, with energy passing freely through them. Humans, on the other hand, aren’t as natural as we used to be, and may need to consciously ground. Open your feet chakras, and let the energy flow through you. This allows the body to be a conduit, instead of bearing the brunt of this energy.

I have a compromised nervous system, so I am very aware of energy running through me. If energy gets blocked in the body, and then more energy keeps coming in, it’s not going to be a good thing. All day Monday I was making sure my feet chakras were open, and checking for any other blocks. I did a great job, but was still wiped out on Tuesday. Running energy all day is exhausting, no matter what you do. It feels great at the time, but it’s hard on the nervous system. Energy hangover.

The energy is just coming in, it’s just happening. Whether you call it ascension, or evolution, or because our galaxy is moving through a dust cloud in space, it’s just happening. Our job is to adapt. Meditations have been magical, dreams are awesome, energy and optimism are high, but the physical body may need a little extra care. Here are some tools:

Open your feet chakras, and visualize the energy moving through your body, into Gaia.
Walk barefoot, preferably with direct contact to Gaia.
Drink plenty of water.
Take baths with Epsom salt.
Get plenty of rest.
Check-in with your body often, and do whatever it asks.

This energy is strong, like a high voltage current. Keeping it in the body will be damaging. It may just cause a little irritability or a small headache, or it could be much more serious. This is the first mass physical ascension ever attempted. Usually, the body doesn’t make the journey. There are many stories of Tibetan monks going into caves to ascend. Observers reported rainbow light leaving the cave, and all that was left of the monk was a few body parts. Rainbows and body parts. We are trying to do it differently this time.

All that said, the energy is a good thing. If humans were still natural beings, we would just feel a little tired as the energy passed through us unhindered. Now, we live in a mental world, so we must make mental decisions about the body. Make good choices, that’s all. Befriend, listen to, and support your body. You (on all levels) were built for this.

I feel like I am waking from a dream. Not a very good dream. The illusory reality is fading, and our true reality is coming into view, if still at a distance. It’s all new, and a bit confusing, like waking up in a hotel room and not knowing where you are for a moment. I’m excited and amazed, if a little wary of my optimism. I feel like there have been so many steps that I mistook for true reality, that I’m having trust issues with myself.

Trust issues aside, this honestly feels different. This version of reality feels more like the home I left behind when I incarnated. There is just a very subtle difference… both my body and my heart just feel more relaxed. Even rocks seem to emanate a glow, a glow that used to be visible only to my inner vision. I also feel closer to the elemental kingdom, and other invisible creatures. In this world, I’m having better communication with animals and insects. I had a definite understanding with a spider I found in my bathroom. So much is changing.

According to Sandra Walters, my sudden need to clean closets and plan for a relocation is just embodiment of freedom codes. Just. Embodiment is more strange than I thought it would be, and I am the canary in the mine for strange. If this hasn’t hit you yet, be patient. I’m always a little early. And I should give you a little context for this shift…

2021 was great for me until the March equinox, then it started a slow decent into hell. A broken toe kept me on the couch for all of April, and the eclipses in May and June started a process of ego death (again). I was absolutely numb by June 15th, and it took me a month to recover. During my emotional recovery, I lost my voice. Totally gone for a week, and barely able to talk for the next three weeks. No other symptoms. It’s finally healing. Point being, it’s been rough.

I honesty think two things were at play. First, I tend to sprint toward the finish line of ascension, and I have to be forcibly contained. I’m still learning to “wait for the class”, as my first grade teacher was constantly telling me. Second, upgrades aren’t always pleasant. I’m sure the voice issue was a re-calibration of the throat chakra. The throat is the bridge between head and heart. If you have throat or neck issues, concentrate on bridging head and heart. It helps.

If you haven’t hit the rough spot yet, or you’re in it right now, just know there is another side to it. It’s worth the turmoil to have the privilege of grounding these new energies. And it feels amazing on the other side of this one. When I feel into 2022 this is what it’s about. Gentle love… grace and ease. Yet another reason I know I’m a bit early.

One more odd thing… I feel a new soul family arriving. I have no feeling that the old one will disappear from my life, just that a more comfortable fit awaits. It might just be me. I’ve always been considered to be on the edge of sanity, even for the spiritual crowd. I feel like this new group won’t find me odd at all. I’ll keep you posted on that one.

Anyway, there is light at the end of the tunnel, no matter how dark it may seem. Your dedication to this process is appreciated beyond words. We are supported and loved more than we know. Together, we got this!

As we step onto the next turn of this winding path, it is time to release even more of the old. It is easier to walk this journey without all the baggage. I get the distinct feeling we are well on our way to becoming something totally different. Different from what we were, different from what we expected to become. The ego-mind isn’t comfortable with the unknown, yet we can’t go back. Once you start down the water slide, you just have to accept the ride, and trust that you will land safely.

Trust in life is a slippery subject. What I have found is living in the present is essential. The practical side of presence is forgiveness and gratitude. Forgiving others is always a good practice, but forgiving yourself is where the gold is. Forgiving yourself naturally leads to gratitude, if only in no longer feeling your own punishment.

I highly recommend journaling a list of self-forgiveness. Some examples…
I forgive myself for the expectations I’ve had about myself / my life.
I forgive myself for judging myself / others.
I forgive myself for the arrogance of thinking I knew better than my life path.
I forgive myself for not appreciating / understanding my past while I was living it.
I forgive myself for judging my own choices.
I forgive myself for the times I lived purely out of survival.

See how deep you can go. As you forgive yourself, the fog clears and the path comes into focus. Forgive yourself, and also your life. See how different your body feels in this process. Your body is your ally in this wild ride. Treat it well, and it will guide you. It will love you and support you, just like your invisible team. After your forgive yourself, maybe try loving yourself… just like the Universe loves you.

I have been trying to write a post for a week. I am normally focused, but not since the eclipse on June 10, 2021. After that, I had a week of emotional turmoil, followed by a week of total disconnect. I kept doing normal life things, but I felt more like I was watching a movie. And with that, I am having major focus issues. All I want to do is sit on the porch and watch the critters… birds and deer and squirrels.

This must be the bit where we move from head to heart. Not an easy shift for my inner Vulcan. Usually, I get the gist of these posts from higher dimensions, and they come through my brain. Or at least I can decipher them with my brain. Now, it feels like a huge disconnect from language. I just want to be.

The only visual I get for what’s next is making a bed. You know how, when you change the sheets, you throw the sheet up in the air so it comes down about the right place? That’s what I see. Like all of reality is being tossed around, in order to bring it right. I guess the good side is we get a freshly made reality when it’s done.

As for helpful tips, just try to keep your vibration high, and support the body. If you purify your body, and treat it as a temple, a beautiful relationship will blossom. The physical is doing all the heavy lifting in this ascension process. Give your body the rest and support it deserves.

As we shift from head to heart, the natural world is a grounding point. Your body, as part of the natural world, will guide you, if you ask. I imagine this unfocused fog is temporary. If not, it’ll be an interesting world… Either way, you aren’t alone, whatever the future energy brings.

I feel like I’ve been put in time out. Not for being bad, but more like a waiting period. I’m not enjoying it. I like moving ahead at full speed, which is the issue. In order to allow a more graceful mass awakening, we need to slow down a bit. This is where my guides always say, “It isn’t all about you.” Indeed, it isn’t.

The past week has been a roller coaster. One day I am floating in bliss, the next I’m not sure why I’m still alive because my work feels complete. It’s been every other day, like clockwork. Intermixed with exhaustion and confusion. I’m not sure what I want or need or why I’m even still here. Then I hit a bliss day, and spend the whole time focusing on grounding that vibration into my body and the human heart grid. Up and down. Again, not enjoying it.

The confusion about being here is part of the mass ego death taking place. The ego is what attaches us to the human world, it’s our interface. Being that every other day is spent in bliss, I would venture to guess our new interface is love. There’s a pretty big gap between attachment and love, thus the waiting period. If you are having a hard time feeling driven to do things (lack of passion), it’s just the dissolving ego attachment. You aren’t doing anything wrong, and it will shift.

On the bliss days, focus on gratitude and grounding. On the down days, just try to shift your focus out of yourself. I recently heard some music by Beautiful Chorus that really shifts my energy. Time in nature helps. Try a guided meditation like the one from Sandra Walters. Draw or color or do something creative. If all else fails, binge watch Downton Abbey. Avoid any guilt and negative self-talk. Take this time to rest, even if you have things to do. We are actively changing the human heart grid, so this discomfort is for a greater purpose.

We came for this. We are built for this. We are loved and supported. Thank you for your service!

Lots of people are talking about the timeline split, and saying it’s a personal choice, but not giving concrete guidance on how to make that choice. There is also a lot of warning about judging the path of others. Ours is not to judge, but discernment is crucial. The Vulcan half of my personality wants solid steps, or at least a map of the big picture. I prefer practical guidance.

So how do you choose your highest timeline? By choosing to be a better person. Self-improvement, on a psychological level. Not doing more or having more, but being more on an internal level. Once you have set out to improve your psychology, that change naturally flows into your world. This step can be made in any circumstance. It doesn’t matter if you’re rich or poor, married or single, religious or atheist. It is a choice made in the complete freedom of your own mind, which is why it is the most important choice we can make.

“Better” isn’t a matter of do and don’t, that’s just dogma. Better is a matter of questioning your own behavior, and changing what you don’t like. Better is always asking why. Why do I react to certain situations? Why do I behave this way? Why do I dress like this? Figure yourself out. Some things we learned as coping skills, which are no longer helping us. Some is conditioning, which isn’t aligned with our soul. Before changes can be made, the issues need to come to light.

On a practical level, healed people heal people, and hurt people hurt people. We can’t heal society and the Earth unless we, ourselves, are healed. At this point karma is another word for unconscious. If we have subconscious wounds, we will keep inadvertently inflicting them on others. That’s just how the subconscious works. Bring those wounds to the light of awareness, and suddenly they can be healed. Change is moving full speed ahead, so healing is happening almost instantly after awareness.

This is an ongoing evolution, so there is always room for growth. No one is ever “there”, it’s about the journey. You cannot fail as long as it is a goal. Never mistake exhaustion for failure. There are days when all I can do is read a book and nap. Rest is integration. I know I will be right back at it in a few days. I think of my own evolution as more of a hobby – I am witnessing and creating myself. I don’t want to change because I feel that I am not good enough as I am, I just want to see how far I can go. I enjoy pushing the boundaries of being human. I want to leave my conscious mark on this world, not the unconscious stuff I learned as a child. Always an adventure, the human psyche.

Introspection isn’t for everyone, thus the timeline split. If you are reading this, you must have an introspective bent. The surprising part will be seeing which timeline your friends and family choose. Some of the people you’re close to may just be agreeing with your brand of dogma (religious, political, dietary), while not doing any inner work. People you saw as on the other side of your beliefs may be evolving internally at great speed. I get the feeling this is part of the great shake up coming our way. All we can do is watch with wonder, and keep our focus internal.

The New Earth will have such a variety of people, different views and beliefs. The common thread will be self-improvement. Knowing yourself deeply requires a curious and flexible mind. Making changes in your own behavior requires focus, awareness, and diligence. All of this goes back to that one choice – I choose to be a better person.

A couple nights before the lunar eclipse we just had (May 26, 2021) I was working all night in dreamtime. When I am “out and about” all night I usually remember at least bits and pieces of the information. I kept going from person to person, some known some not, and I was telling them not to worry, and teaching them how to hold the light. I woke up exhausted, and took most of the day to recover.

June is when we begin to see that 2020 was a very gentle warm-up for the real shifts coming our way. It will be all kinds of exciting, for those who have been preparing by doing their inner work. It will seem like the world is ending for those still attached to the illusion. Remember, 2021 is the year of revelation and realignment. Some people need to be shaken pretty hard to wake up. It really will be okay. Stay grounded and focused on the light. Spoiler alert: 2022 looks gentle and loving, like a year of aligning with love.

I saw a great video by Patricia Cota-Robles stating that each of us has the training to maintain our focus on the light, even during great chaos. This is so true. My personal tips on this time include turning off social media and the news, and reading “The Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle, as an Idiot’s Guide to holding the light. Presence is power, especially now. Presence and gratitude will get us through the rough patch.

It won’t actually be rough for the Wayshower crowd, and if you’re reading this, I’m talking to you. If your plans suddenly change, it is simply a redirection for your highest good. That is probably as rough as it will get for you personally. On the other side of that, we will get to see how attached we are to the illusion of control. This is when we learn to truly ride the wave that comes, instead of struggling to maintain the course we set on a mental level. Let your body lead you with its intuition. Let Gaia lead your plans with her changing weather. Let go of mental agendas. Stay grounded and focused on the light, and roll with it.

Watching others or the world stage is where it gets sticky. Remember, other people have their own path. No judgement. I can be a beacon of light only if I stay out of the mud. Compassion is knowing others are struggling, but respecting them enough not to try to rescue. If someone reaches out, then they’re ready for a change. Until asked, just be a witness to their unique journey.

This new light effects us all. Even the old ruling class, with their own agenda, will be shaken by the next few months. The thing is, it’s the ego that allows people to be entrenched in greed and power over others, and the ego is changing rapidly. Some of the coming events are manufactured, while some are out of human control. Don’t waste your energy trying to sort them out. It doesn’t matter. By the end of the year, everyone will be awakened to a new level of understanding. Just hold your focus on the light, as the headlines change.

My job now is to be as present and blissful as possible. We feed the human heart grid in this way. When I’m having a rough day, I can draw on that heart grid energy, and be comforted to know you, and millions of other lightworkers, are blissfully doing this work. When you are having a rough day, know that many are supporting you in this way. Together we rise into the future.

Be a compassionate witness to humanity’s evolution. It promises to be a great show, if you keep a little distance from the drama. Let others live their own path, while you stay focused on the new. Simply witnessing (without judgement of drama) lets us be the eyes and ears of the Divine. The Higher Levels get downloads from us, just like we get from them. They listen to the frequency we emit, both individually and collectively. We were made for these times. The shift is upon us.
